Yay! I am an official graduate after today’s convocation! after 3 yrs of slacking, I finally can graduate . Anyway, was feeling a tad nostalgic because it marks the end of my studying life - which I am yet ready to let go. Many reasons. I guess common reasons too, like not ready to be fully independent and so. I shall not elaborate, too many sad things to recall which isn’t the purpose of this post.

This time round, let the photos do the talkings again because basically it is sheer boredom throughout the convocation ceremony.

came back from a National Day Parade’s full dress rehearsal, also known as NDP Family day ‘06.

Enjoyed the accompanies of my friends as well as the fireworks. I’m not very good in appreciating the rest of the performance though, was busy filming video and taking photos. You should be able to grab the photos from NDP Family Day 06 and grab the videos at the video gallery.

Time sure flies. Remember I posted Esther’s birthday 2005? It feels like months ago only.

Cat, Huiyi, Ariel, Ya ting, Pei Hui, Huiling and I had a celebration with her on 7th instead of the 6th because its ladies’ night on wed at mos and she wants to chill out a bit after our dinner.

We had dinner at Settlers Cafe @ Clarke Quay which serves western food and offers board/card games for leisure. I forgot to take the pictures for the food, so no solo pics for them. But maybe you can find them on corners of pics later.

I had chicken chop set dinner, fried heaty food is not recommended for my cut and chapped lips . The chicken chop taste like it was fully dipped in pepper >.< but well I guess it still classify as not bad.

We played Fluxx which I thought is not bad. I think i can consider buying that game to entertain guests (if i ever have) next time. It was quite an experience to eat and play cards at the same time, although most of the time i was paying more attention to my food rather than how everyone played their turns.

i think its quite confirm. I just heard my sister said good friday we are going to do “sao mu” - “cleaning up of graves of our ancestors and sort of an act to mean we still remember them”. i’m having exams soon, and my first day of my reading period will be sacrificed then.

Not that I am not keen in going sao mu, but then it usually takes up a day. Well, a day does not mean much to me, but its the timing. I often have this sao mu thing during my exams period. It’s worth because i have a habit of studying my syllabus real late, and a day of study (whether or not i will be effective in studying) means a lot to me.

well, guess i have no choice, i can’t don’t go like some ppl. My papa is very strict on this.
